    -Digital and Electronic files can only be cropped.

    -Grayscale conversions acceptable.

    -NO OTHER MODIFICATIONS, MANIPULATIONS, OR CHANGES CAN BE MADE IN ANY FORM OR PROCESS EITHER IN CAMERA OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF PROGRAM TO THE DIGITAL OR ELECTRONIC FILES.

    -Manipulated photos can be submitted as "Non-Voting" entries.

    -All photos for this contest must be taken during the month of August, 2007.
